Thank you for visiting the Davie Fraternal Order of Police Home Page. We are currently conducting our yearly fund-raising drive. Below are some FAQ's for those who have received a phone call asking for a donation. Thank you all for your support! Q. Is the FOP making phone calls asking for donations? A. Yes, we have contracted with J&G of Q. What does the FOP do with the money that is donated? A. We use the money to support charitable community projects, such as Concerns of Police Survivors, Special Olympics, Youth Athletic programs, Davie Police Athletic League, college scholarships to local students, and other local programs. In addition, proceeds are also used to benefit families of fallen officers, our local law enforcement community, local businesses, and the community. Q. Does the money really go to the FOP? A. Yes, J&G of Q. I want to make sure the money is really going to the FOP. Will an FOP member come by and pick it up? A. Yes, you can simply request for an officer from our Lodge to come by and pick up the donation. Receipts with official FOP markings will be given with each donation. You are also welcomed to drop a donation check off at the Davie Police Department. Q. I received a call from 954-903-xxxx, is that really from the FOP? A. Yes, Davie FOP Lodge 100 has a contract with J&G of Q. They asked me to leave a check outside my house, so they could come by and pick it up, is that normal? A. Yes, as part of their normal practice, they send employees out to pick up the donations. Receipts with official FOP markings will be given with each donation. Q. What if I don’t want someone to come to my house to pick up the donation? A. Picking up the donation allows the quickest way for us to receive the donation. However, if you are uncomfortable with this method, you may mail the donation to our Lodge mailing address at: Or you can drop it off at the Davie Police Department Q.
